The school employs 21 full-time teachers plus six part-time teachers. There are seven paraprofessionals, a director, academic coordinator, nurse, librarian, IT manager, administrative assistant, receptionist, accountant, and 2 intensive English instructors. Part-time and full-time teachers provide instruction in Art, Music, P.E., Technology, Library, and Languages.  The school has 24-hour security provided by guards and cameras. There are also maintenance and custodial personnel.

 I have enjoyed the years I have spent at QSIB and have gotten to know my students very well. They are the reason I strive to make mathematics easier and more enjoyable. Outside of school I enjoy reading on the beach in the sun, cooking, traveling, and occasionally hiking and biking.

This is my 17th year teaching Secondary Science and Mathematics. I have taught in the USA, Kazakhstan, India, China, and Malta.

I graduated from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee with a degree in Natural Science with minors in Biology and Psychology. 

Teaching certification from the State of Arkansas: Physical Science, Life Science, Earth Science, General Science grades 7-12.

  I am enthusiastic for teaching and watching that “light bulb” go off inside my students heads and that has driven my desire to continue teaching at an international level.

Both my wife and I feel fortunate to have led many international student field trips to Europe only to find ourselves on a new adventure with international teaching with full time positions abroad. We marvel in the idea of living in a new place and meeting new people from all around the world and can’t wait to start our very own family adventure.
