Welcome to QSI International School of Kosovo

Welcome Letter

Dear Parents & Prospective Parents,

Greetings from QSI International School of Kosovo. The 2018 – 2019 school year marks our third year in Kosovo. We are a dynamic educational body of learners and it is exciting to be a part of this community.

With so many options in Prishtina for educational choice, it is difficult to always choose what in the long run will be best for children. All the international schools in Kosovo have a purpose in the community and serve different needs. QSI International School of Kosovo has some unique features that are definitely something for parents to consider.

ACCREDITATION

The Middle States Association (MSA) is a worldwide leader in accreditation and school improvement. For over 125 years, Middle States has been helping school leaders establish and reach their goals, develop strategic plans, promote staff development, and advance student achievement.

QSI Schools are accredited through MSA. QSI International School of Kosovo is working on self-study to achieve full accreditation. As part of the self-study, the school is identifying areas for growth and implementing a community-supported action plan to push the boundaries of success and achievement in the identified areas.

Currently Quality Schools International is working to achieve System-wide accreditation through MSA. Systems accreditation will allow QSI to reflect on where we are now, where we want to be in 5-7 years, and develop plans to reach our goals. MSA will review QSI’s plans to strengthen our organization and implement organization-wide improvement plans. Each of our schools will still be individually accredited, and MSA teams will visit each of our schools to verify that each school meets the standards for accreditation.
