On Sunday 14 May 5 students and 13 staff members participated in the Almaty Red Bull 400. Now in its seventh year, the Red Bull 400 has been called the hardest 400 meter race in the world. Held at 14 ski jumps in different cites across Europe, Asia and North America, Almaty's event was held at the Sunkar International Ski Jumping Complex.

The whole school is proud that students and staff competed together and that everyone reached the top!

Among our teachers, Mr.Jeremy West and Mrs. Pon Thomas were the winners. Special thanks to Dave Kalberg for suggesting this challenge to the AIS staff. The shared challenge brought all participants closer together and we all worked as one team. All participants are now looking forward to next year's race!
