The March 2nd- 3rd indoor soccer tournament was a huge success here at QSIT.  We had lots of teams come and play and all seemed to enjoy themselves.  Many thanks to Mr. Martin, Mr. Gio and all the staff and students who helped out.

This weekend we hope you will come and enjoy the Secondary boys basketball tournament here at QSIT.  There will be games all day Friday and Saturday.  Come for a hotdog and watch some fun basketball!  The Secondary girls will be going to Sarajevo to compete there.  Wish them good luck!

Next week will be another wonderful week of celebrating our countries and traditions.  Many countries are participating in our country booths on Wednesday morning - this is where parents come and share an activity common to their country with all the students.  In the afternoon on Wednesday, the middle school and elementary students will share their home/host country projects.  Do come visit!  We will be sending out a schedule soon!

Thursday evening the PSG is sponsoring the International dinner.  Please bring a traditional dish from your country to share.  Tables will be set up in the cafeteria for everyone to enjoy the good food and the flag parade.  Please join us for this joyful event.

The Health and Safety Committee
The Health and Safety Committee is busy trying to make QSI as safe as possible. To that end, those of you who have children walking home through the parking lot to and from the Diplomatic Village, please have them use the new yellow pathway and crosswalk. We have crosswalk guards monitoring the situation, particularly in light of the large volume of vehicles currently negotiating parking places. Furthermore, if you park regularly at QSI, please mind the safety walkways and remind your children to be safe walking to and from vehicles.

Best regards,
The Health and Safety Committee
