Job Opening: TEA Accountant/Auditor
The Tbilisi Embassy Association (TEA) is accepting applications to serve as TEA Accountant/Auditor:  Part-time, 15-20 hours per week, $10.50 per hour.  Duties include the following accounting and auditing services for the TEA: Monthly Bank Reconciliations, Weekly updates of cash flow to the TEA Treasurer, Daily reconciliations of cash receipts, Reconciliations of cash counts, Participation in inventory counts, Posting of all entries to the TEA accounting system (Quick Books 2014), Generate/Prepare Accounting reports, Yearly detailed work with the auditors between January and April of each year, Answering questions from the auditors, TEA Board of Directors, TEA Treasurer or other interested parties, Create/Update/Maintain all written policies in accounting, pricing, payroll, petty cash, shipping and receiving, and inventory procedures, Provide other assistance to the TEA Commissary and Cafeteria manager as requested, Conduct audits of TEA operations and procedures to ensure proper management controls, and Assist with payment of salaries as needed.
