Science Week showed off not only the science knowledge that our students have acquired this year, but their ability to present and explain the science behind their projects.  It was impressive!
MAP testing will run from April 30th to May 11th.  MAP has rolled out a new format and students are able to use any device at QSIT to complete the testing.  Many of the elementary students will be using the ipads, which they are more familiar with.  We should be able to complete testing with much less disruption to class schedules because not all students will be have to use the lab.  The results will be available once the QSI district closes the window of testing the end of May.
Our spring concerts are coming up on May 3rd and 4th for the 2-10 YO classes.  Please join us if you can, they have been practicing hard!
Graduation this year is on June 1st.  The end of year concert for the Middle School and Secondary students will begin the evening at 6:30 pm and then we will celebrate the graduation of our Secondary IV students.  Graduation from secondary school is a special milestone in a student’s life and we hope you will come share in the celebration of their accomplishments.
As the year winds down we know many of you have already planned your summer holidays.  If your family is leaving before school is out on June 14th, please notify the school.  Status reports will be sent out Friday, June 15th.  If you are leaving Tbilisi for good, please be sure the office is notified so we are able to get the confidential files ready for your new schools.
Spring is a busy time at school, so check your calendars to be sure you don’t miss any of the upcoming events!
