QSI Board of Directors
Quality Schools International is governed by a Board of Directors who is responsible to maintain the mission and vision of the organization. The Board provides strategic planning and works with the President in creating and renewing policies that align with the mission.
The President is employed by the Board of Directors.
There are currently seven members on the Board. They are required to meet at least once a year, but often meet monthly. Board members are chosen by a committee of the Founders and at least one Board member. The Chairman, Vice-Chair, and Secretary are elected for a one-year term.

QSI Regional Supervisors
The Regional Supervisors provide support and communication for the QSI schools in their areas.
Regional Supervisors provide experienced input, guidance, and review of local operations, as well as ensure that QSI policies are in place at individual schools.
Regional Supervisors visit schools two times a year. They update the QSI Director of Schools on challenges and successes of each school in their region and work with QSI Headquarters to support school Directors with budgeting and staffing.

QSI Senior Administration
QSI is supported by the Senior Administration team who work with support personnel to ensure the smooth operations throughout the organization.
These administrators provide technology support and training, assistance with accreditation, marketing, and child protection, as well as the management of human resources, curriculum revision, and the financial accounting of QSI Headquarters and individual schools.
