Award Description: This award recognizes individual students who have demonstrated excellence and involvement in a wide variety of activities aimed at developing rich character and preparing them for a future of learning, collaboration, global concern, and leadership.

Eligible Nominees: S3 students

Additional Eligibility Criteria:  1) Applicant must not have been on any form of academic probation throughout the school year. 2) Applicant must not have been on any form of conduct-related discipline throughout the school year. 3) Criteria to be considered by the deciding body and evidence to be submitted by applicant could include but are not limited to the following: 

Academics

  •       Enrolled in challenging courses (AP/IB)
  •       Good standing in all classes (submit transcript)
  •       Integrity as a student Recommendation letter from teacher

Character

  •       Member of one of the school’s honor societies
  •       Community Service hours and report

Extra Curricular

  •       Participation in athletics and/or school clubs

* Extra curricular activities may include clubs, activities, and awards from outside the school.

Leadership

  •       Member of student council or leadership position with honor societies
  •       Team captain
  •       Participation in MUN 

How to Apply:

  1.       Complete the application form
  2.       Attach evidence eligibility criteria (certificates, awards, recommendation letters, etc.)
  3.       100-200 word essay on how your involvement in a variety of activities has been a benefit to your life and why you feel you qualify for this award.

Award Description: This award recognizes individual or a group of students who have made significant contributions to the school community through leadership, and/or involvement in an initiative that has had school-wide or other recognizable impact. Their initiative and involvement is representative of the highest level of student leadership, assertiveness, ingenuity, creativity, and passion.

Eligible Nominees: S1-S4 students
