I hope everyone enjoyed a restful Spring Break! The next edition of the Howler will be issued on Wednesday, April 26th.
In the meantime, I wanted to remind you that our Science Fair will be held on Wednesday, April 26. All parents are invited to view Science Fair Projects and Class Exhibitions from 2:00pm-3:10pm on Wednesday. I also wanted to remind you that we will be holding a Career Day on Thursday, April 27. All elementary students may leave school at 1:00pm to job-shadow their parents. Please contact Mrs. Nizama in the front office as soon as possible if your child will leave early to accompany you to work.
In addition, please take a few moments to review all Science Week activities.

March proved to be a very busy, yet successful month. I want to express my sincere gratitude for your support during the last several weeks. Thanks to parent, teacher, and staff support, during the month of March we held a very successful Ski Week, raised over 2825km to support a local middle school student who is in need of a kidney transplant, participated in our first Literacy Week, held an Open Mic Night, fed over 100 families in need, organized a fantastic International Week, and hosted a CEESA Volleyball Tournament. It is your dedication and commitment to our school community that contributes to its success.
Please remember Spring Break begins on Monday, April 10. Students should return to school on Monday, April 17.

We will be celebrating International Day this Friday, March 24th. On this special day, we come together to celebrate and share our cultural diversity. Through various activities, we enrich the learning experience of the entire school community. Naturally, we also enjoy great games, food, and most important of all, each other’s company. A big thank you goes out to all parent volunteers who are dedicating their time to make this event one of the highlights of the year.
Thank you to everyone who supported Open Mic Night last Friday. We raised 2825km, and will continue collecting funds until the end of the week. All proceeds will support Nedim Smječanin, a local middle school student who needs funds for a kidney transplant.
