At the heart of our cafeteria menu is classic European cuisine with elements of international flavor. The head chef adheres to the principle that the food must be healthy and delicious. Each day, food is prepared fresh from wholesome local ingredients. The daily menu includes soup (vegetable, cream, borscht, or chicken-based), a main meat dish, garnish, and a choice of fresh fruits and vegetables from our salad bar. For lunch, students may select compote or milk.
Preschool children have two snacks a day that include a hearty breakfast of cottage cheese pancakes, crepes, stuffed pies, and fresh fruits/vegetables.
