School & Community

QSI International School of Shenzhen-Nanshan, is a private non-profit institution that opened in August of 2006 and offers a high quality education in the English language for elementary and secondary students. The warm and welcoming school community make it an ideal place to receive a quality education from QSI.

Enrollment

QSI International School of Shenzhen-Nanshan currently serves students age 2 through age 13 and has an enrollment of 586. The students of QSI International School of Shenzhen-Nanshan represent 27 countries from around the world, providing the school with a wonderfully diverse learning environment. We welcome pre-school, elementary, and secondary students to our school and are prepared to provide a well-qualified teaching staff, a rigorous pre-school thru secondary curriculum, and necessary materials where needed.

Facility

The school is in a new building which has over 45 classrooms, a gymnasium, a multipurpose room, a lunch room, library, art room, music room and lap top computer carts. There is a large outside playground with space to play soccer and a roof-top playground on the second floor.

Curriculum

In addition to the regular Quality Schools International curriculum, QSI International School of Shenzhen-Nanshan offers students the opportunity to study Chinese and French. There are also opportunities for students to participate in other school activities, extra-curricular activities, and community activities including soccer, choir, volleyball, instrumental music, art activities, and basketball.

Faculty

QSI International School of Shenzhen-Nanshan employs qualified and professional teachers who love teaching. Currently there are 28 full time teachers plus 0 part time teachers. Assisting them, there are 13 paraprofessionals along with all of the other faculty members that are needed to provide a learning environment in line with QSI's goal of providing a quality education to all students.
