QSI International School of Tbilisi, is a private non-profit institution that opened in August of 1995 and offers a high quality education in the English language for elementary and secondary students. The warm and welcoming school community make it an ideal place to receive a quality education from QSI.
QSI International School of Tbilisi currently serves students age 3 through age 18 and has an enrollment of 112. The students of QSI International School of Tbilisi represent 20 countries from around the world, providing the school with a wonderfully diverse learning environment. We welcome pre-school, elementary, and secondary students to our school and are prepared to provide a well-qualified teaching staff, a rigorous pre-school thru secondary curriculum, and necessary materials where needed.
The school is located in a brand new, 5000 square meter purpose built facility located a few kilometers from the U.S. Embassy. The school facilities offer an outstanding educational environment including a full size gymnasium, soccer field, baseball field, fully equipped chemistry lab, fully equipped biology lab, wireless internet, computer lab, large library, and cafeteria.
In addition to the regular Quality Schools International curriculum, QSI International School of Tbilisi offers students the opportunity to study Russian, German, French, and Georgian. There are also opportunities for students to participate in other school activities, extra-curricular activities, and community activities including varsity basketball, soccer, and volleyball, model UN, student council, student newspaper, and poetry club.
QSI International School of Tbilisi employs qualified and professional teachers who love teaching. Currently there are 18 full time teachers plus 5 part time teachers. Assisting them, there are 8 paraprofessionals along with all of the other faculty members that are needed to provide a learning environment in line with QSI's goal of providing a quality education to all students.
In 1999, QSI International School of Tbilisi was accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and has maintained that accreditation in good standing.
