QSI International School of Brindisi, is a private non-profit institution that opened in September of 2005 and offers a high quality education in the English language for elementary and secondary students. The warm and welcoming school community make it an ideal place to receive a quality education from QSI.
QSI International School of Brindisi currently serves students age 3 through age 15 and has an enrollment of 52. The students of QSI International School of Brindisi represent 20 countries from around the world, providing the school with a wonderfully diverse learning environment.
The school facilities are located in a building originally constructed as an Italian preschool. The school is located in the S. Elia section of Brindisi and is close to the main hospital, two new shopping centers, a Thursday open market, and a local park. There is a picnic area adjacent to the school and a small playground with swings, slide, jungle gym, and merry-go-round. Future plans include the improvement of the play area in order to add athletic areas.
In addition to the regular Quality Schools International curriculum, QSI International School of Brindisi offers students the opportunity to study Italian. There are also opportunities for students to participate in other school activities, extra-curricular activities, and community activities including cooking, arts & crafts, and team and lifetime sports.
QSI International School of Brindisi employs qualified and professional teachers who love teaching. Currently there are 5 full time teachers plus 2 part time teachers. Assisting them, there are 1 paraprofessionals along with all of the other faculty members that are needed to provide a learning environment in line with QSI's goal of providing a quality education to all students.
In 2010, QSI International School of Brindisi was accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and has maintained that accreditation in good standing.
