QSI Holiday Season of Giving For many years now, QSI has provided holiday gifts and monetary support to the kindergarten and school in Dvani. “Jeans Friday” raises money to provide the school with funds for equipment and maintenance needed at their school. This year we have been asked, and it is our pleasure, to help these children in the following manner. Please bring the items you are willing to donate to the office by December 6th. Dvani Kindergarten: 50 students (2-5 YO) and 11 staff members would like:
New or gently used sturdy toys to be used in the kindergarten
Candy bars and a pack of crayons or markers to be given to each child and staff member
These will be wrapped by NHS and Student Council
Dvani School: 110 students (6-18 YO) and 30 staff would like:
Sports Equipment and art supplies we will purchase with the “Jeans Friday” money.
Candy bars and a pack of crayons or markers to be given to each student and staff member.
NHS and Student Council will wrap
If you are interested in delivering the gifts to Dvani, please contact Michala in the office. Salvation Army Angel Tree QSI will be sponsoring and Angel Tree in conjunction with the Salvation Army. They will come to school with “Angel Cards” that contains the name and age of a local child along with a wish for a toy, book or clothing. You may choose one name or many, buy the gift and attach the Angel Card to the gift. The gift should be delivered back to QSI where the Salvation Army will collect them. You are also invited to the party where the gifts are distributed. Details for the Angel Tree will be coming home soon. We thank you, in advance, for spreading the generous spirit of QSI beyond the walls of our school.
